We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Unused Account Balance

Unused balance can be refunded on request within 7 days of your deposit, minus any payment processor fees. Email support@traffichub.space from your registered email address with your account ID.

Campaigns In Progress or Delivered

Campaigns that have already started, are partially delivered or fully delivered are not refundable. Advertising delivery is a consumed service.

Undelivered Campaigns

If a campaign has not been delivered as described, contact us within 7 days with your order ID. We will investigate and either re-run the campaign or credit your account balance.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after a campaign has started.
• Website issues on your side (downtime, redirects, errors) that affect delivery.
• Penalties or account actions taken by third-party advertising programs.
• Requests made after the 7-day window.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@traffichub.space with your account email, order ID (if applicable) and the reason. We respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
