3. Services

TrafficHub provides online advertising campaigns that send visitors to links you provide. Results such as sales, leads, conversions, search rankings or advertising revenue depend on your website and are not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal content or activity.
• Adult, gambling, hate, violence, malware or deceptive content (unless explicitly approved in writing).
• Websites you do not own or are not authorised to promote.
• Attempting to manipulate, defraud or violate the rules of any third-party advertising program.
• Any activity that could damage TrafficHub, our network or our partners.

5. Payments

All services are prepaid. Minimum deposit is $35 and maximum $1,000 per transaction. Prices may change with notice on the website.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. In serious cases (for example, fraud or illegal content), remaining balance may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafficHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
