By using TrafficHub, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • You are not located in a country subject to trade sanctions or embargoes.

  • You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1. You must create an account to access paid features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3.3. Notify us immediately at support@traffichub.space of any unauthorized use.

3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use traffichub.space for:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes.

  • Generating traffic to websites containing:

    • Adult content, pornography, or explicit material.

    • Violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

    • Illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit items).

    • Malware, phishing, or any harmful code.

    • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our platform.

  • Interfering with the security or performance of the Service.

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated methods to manipulate traffic.

  • Submitting false or misleading information.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Services and Payments

5.1. Traffic Delivery

We strive to deliver high-quality, real human traffic through our programmatic network. However, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., conversions, sales, engagement, rankings). Traffic statistics are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including third-party platform updates and analytics discrepancies.

5.2. No Refund Policy After Campaign Run

IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS ONCE CAMPAIGN HAS STARTED

By placing an order on traffichub.space, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Once a campaign has been launched and traffic delivery has begun, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

  • It is your responsibility to review your order details, including the service type, quantity, and target link, BEFORE submitting the order.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind after campaign start.

    • Incorrect link or targeting information provided by you.

    • Natural drops in traffic or engagement metrics.

    • Actions taken by third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.) that affect your content.

    • Normal fluctuations in analytics platforms.

    • Violations of third-party platform terms by the user.

    • Campaigns that do not meet your personal expectations.

5.3. Pre-Campaign Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before any traffic has been delivered, you may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order. Approval is at our sole discretion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once traffic delivery has initiated, cancellation is no longer possible.

5.4. Payments

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the campaign has commenced.

  • We accept PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, wire transfer, and UPI.

  • Funds added to your balance do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts.

  • Minimum deposit: $10 USD (or equivalent).

5.5. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from traffichub.space. You will also be liable for all fees incurred by us in connection with the dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on the traffichub.space platform – including logos, text, graphics, software – is the property of TrafficHub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of traffichub.space is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social networks, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Your interactions are solely between you and the third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAFFICHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

  • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

  • THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION PURCHASED WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAFFICHUB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM.

  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrafficHub, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

  • Your content or any activity under your account.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

  • Any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited if termination is due to violation of these Terms.

  • We may retain certain information as required by law.
